We have enjoyed a 19% increase in business in our second year as an ‘outlet’ in the worst recession for many years. The "Conservatory Outlet" brand is going from strength to strength and we are opening our third indoor showroom in Warrington to maximise our current growth.
We have regular contact with the proprietors of other ‘outlet’ dealers which leads to healthy debate about the common issues we all face, but more importantly, we generally come up with solutions collectively and share the information with the network of dealers.

When I finally got the opportunity to buy from Conservatory Outlet in my own right I jumped at the chance, the great thing is you are not treated like just some other window company, the things which are offered by Conservatory Outlet you don’t normally get from Frame suppliers.
Free Brochures when you join up fully customised for your company, Free lead generating website set up for your company and a healthy number of other websites all generating leads to help you and when you join you even get preferential rates from other suppliers because of the Groups buying power.
The product quality is great with such a range of products available and another great thing is the staff are honest and up front with you. 2009 has been a hard year but we’ve seen a genuine growth of 43% which is fantastic and far outweighed my expectations when I started with Conservatory Outlet.
The other great services which are offered are a professional marketing company (Motionlab Marketing) who manage my website and also do Search Engine Optimisation work for the site and also they do all of my marketing material.
All in all I’ve been really delighted over the past year and look forward to more growth this year if I could do 43% growth again That’d be fantastic but I’ve just projected a growth of 15%.

In 2008 we became a Conservatory Outlet dealer and with great support from Matthew and the team we were able to re-locate to larger premises and show case a wider range of Conservatories.
