As well as being a leading manufacturer of energy efficient replacement double and triple glazed windows which help homeowners to reduce their carbon emissions, Conservatory Outlet has implemented a number of initiatives to reduce its own carbon footprint, including:

• Funding 20 tree nurseries in Malawi, Africa with over 72000 trees to be planted
• Promoting the use of superior energy efficient triple glazed windows and doors
• Offering a lifetime guarantee to discourage overconsumption
• Recycling old UPVC windows that are removed from a property
• Recycling waste UPVC, aluminium and steel offcuts during manufacture
• Collecting timber and polythene for recycling from our customers
• Minimising the use of paints and solvents in our factory
• Introducing an online ordering process to reduce paper consumption
• Recycling all paper that is used in the office and factory
• Using a Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified print supplier to produce brochures and other literature
